The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had everything we wanted provided for us with completely no hassle. Its a quaint smaller hostel therefore its far more suited for families or couples. If youre looking for a party hostel this isnt going to be the extremely best choice.

A family run hostel, the mother making pan cakes in the morning along with the daughter explaining the points of interest in town. Almost like staying in someone&'s private flat.

It&'s a nice 4 bedroom/2bathroom apartment, with exceptional location. Amalia was very nice with us, providing info for our journey in SS.

We stayed at this place for 5 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. We arrived into San Sebastian very early inside the morning and Luz was very pretty and accommodating and stored our baggage away until the room was ready. We came back a few hours early to a pretty tidy and modern room with a cute airy balcony, we were very comfortable here. The location is very well situated inside the middle of town with only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was pretty with a different choices each day, the pancakes were awesome! The bathroom facilities were shared with one other room but this was fine as it was the most clean shared bathroom I have ever seen throughout our travels. Extra added bonus was the free wifi, there was even a computer for use if you didnt have your own. The use of the kitchen was also very handy for us. Loved this location and would highly recommend it to anyone, hopefully one day inside the near future we can return to San Sebastian and stay in this location again.

The employees was the most helpful, the cleanliness was unbelievable, outstanding location. I would definitely return there and recommend this place without slightest hesitation.
