Good value pension in the thick of it in San Sebastian. Friendly staff, a lift which works and clean roooms make for a very good stay. Also being small, you don't share your bathroom with too numerous people.

The owner was very welcoming and informative. Our room was large along with the balcony over-looking the crowded streets was fantastic. Every day there was an supply for house-keeping to change the beds and garbages. If I go back to San Sebastian I'm most likely staying at San Juan again!

The host Don Juan was totally lovely and really helpful. It was a bonus that he spoke fluent English. Really central location. (Ideal for mature travellers; not so for the younger revellers)

It was a very cute little hotel, very cheap. The rooms were VERY spacious, cumfortable, no cost wifi, employees were very helpfull and friendly. Walking distance to a lot! The beaches, a great restuarant district. Private rooms.
