The staff was really helpful. At first we got a really small room with bunk beds. When we expressed our disappointment, Pablo told us that he would see what was possible following the weekend. On monday we got an upgrade: a spacious, gorgeous and comfy room. It made our stay!

Great location (in center of the city), near to all key points of interest inside a walking distance (although Valencia is a smaller city). Great breakfast (but small). Elevator. Clean sheets. Great mattresses. Fresh towels each two days. Kind and helpful staff.
