It was a extremely comfortable spot to stay with extremely helpful owner. The localization was good, extremely close to the beach and conditions as well. For such a affordable we received excellent service and peacuful spot to stay. I entirely suggest this partment for everyone.

We had a fantastic time. Its a nice apartment with everything we needed and near to the beach. It was extremely noiseless and this suited us perfectly after having stayed at hostels before! Thanks to Nial who helped us with all our enquiries. Will stay again

The property is a top floor apartment just outside Valencia City Centre. It's a 20 minute underground/tram journey (with one change) from the shops and main attractions, though if you're looking for a beach holiday then it's the ideal location as the beach is about 5 minutes away. It's possible to walk to the city of arts and sciences too but it's a bit of a hike. The local area has a few little shops for food and basic supplies if needed. The WiFi was very useful in planning our trips into the city and the owner was extremely helpful with all questions and assistance we needed, both in the property and the area. I can't speak highly enough of Nial who was very accomodating the whole time we were there.

Owner (Niall) was extremely welcoming and friendly, even joined us for a few wines at a favoured local. Location 5 minutes from Valencia beach, 2 mins walk to bus stops into town, 5 minutes walk to metro, all straightforward to find and quick and painless way into city centre. Nice to be in a flat situation, felt more of a home stay than a hostel. All in all a extremely pleasing and positive stay in Valencia.

Close to the beach, and near to the metro for getting into the city center. Around Semana Santa, right in the middle of the processions. Owner is extremely welcoming and had everything we needed in the apartment. Kitchen has lots of appliances if you wish to cook.

It seems to stay at home. Michele, the guy who magages Beach home, is a very pleasure person. My room is clean and nice.

Very nice place with helpful staff. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious room. Wouldn't find better place to stay for this money! I recommend this hostel to all of you!
