Best view ever. the ocean was right outside our window, took my breath away. nice room, quite large and nice. calm and private beach near to the hotel. the employees was always there with a smile och is very helpful. run by a family.

Amazing location, right on the water in the middle of palm trees. The view of this hotel from the water is incredible, especially considering the tiny quantity of money it costs. The owner is extremely warm and friendly and helpful, and speaks English fluently. Able to organise all your activities and transport, which saves a lot of hassle and haggling. There were few items greater on our trip than just sitting out by the water having a huge breakfast with a pot of tea. The restaurant is great, with lovely food and amazing service. Low-cost too - we ate 3 meals a day there for a week and the total bill was $70 per person. Outstanding snorkelling at the beach, with snorkels offered free. A turtle came up onto the beach 10m from the hotel one night to lay eggs, and the property owner came and found us to show us.

Right on a beautiful deserted beach frequented by green sea turtles. Rooms are fine - it was one of the cleaner places we stayed during a 3 week trip through India and Sri Lanka, but could&'ve been a bit much more inviting. Free wifi, delicious great value food, friendly helpful English speaking staff, effortless and affordable to get to by bus (with accurate directions), free loan of snorkel equipment; ATM just up the road but be warned there is only one within walking distance along with the hostel doesn&'t take cards! Fantastic value for money - would definitely stay again :)

The greatest place we could even discover in Sri-Lanka! The ocean and clean beach are right in front of the guesthouse! We would like to come back there again! We thank so much to nice owner of Beach Inn&'s - Indika. He&'s the best!

This is a great place situated on the beach, you literally couldn&'t get much closer! From our room we can always hear the waves crashing against the shore along with the beach is just gorgeous. Employees here are really friendly and helpful and they extended our stay with no fuss whatsoever. I would extremely recommend staying here!

Beach inn is a little piece of your own paradise. Located in between matara and mirissia it is tucked away on its own postcard beach equipped with snorkling, hammocks and turtle spotting for great measure. the staff are endlessly helpful, friendly && accommodating particularly the curly haired indika who is chatty beyond all means and is often there to provide you another lion beer. the kitchen will cater to you all times of the day (get the full fresh fish! ) with western && Sri Lanka dishes.
