The location of the hotel was ideal, about a 5 minute walk from the principal drag.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Allen and would like to compliment all receptionists, who were really kind and helpful. Location is just a brief walk to the heart of the city. Thumbs up for 24 hour hot drinks, cookies and fresh fruit. The breakfast was also really good. We strongly recomend the hotel to everyone.

Comfortable beds, pretty new bathrooms, new flat screen TVs in the room. Delicious breakfast buffet with cold and warm food. Tea and coffee and biscuits offered all day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, along with the room was extremely huge and had lots of room. We also had a kitchen, which was extremely useful, and everything was extremely very clean.
