There is no interaction needed with the employees - the entrance codes are delivered by email/SMS and then you can check-in/out at any hour (of course, inside some reasonable intervals). There is a kitchen also equipped with a microwave, plates and forks/knives/spoons that can be used by the tenants, and it is quite clean.
