The employees at the reception was helpful and courteous. He also upgraded us to a bigger room, but if the overall quality is bad, he cant really help!

The room was small, but you can't expect a suite-sized room on a boat for that money. It's worth staying here, but it wasn't too clean. Beautiful location to spend sunny evenings though.

The stuff was very, really warm and friendly and helpful, they printed busshedules, orderd a taxi and helped us with our heavy luggage!

Staying on a boat. what an original idea. Room and especially bathroom was really small, but value and central location in Stockholm was really great for the money.
