Good common facilities (it has its own club) except the kitchen is pretty average (all the knives are blunt etc) location is pretty good and there is a bus stop right outside so you can catch that in the morning to go up to the mountains. atmosphere is good. its easy to meet people in the communal areas. The showers were so strong it hurt to have one but the water was hot. Breakfast was a bit of a joke. You have to choose between 2 mini pieces of bread to make toast with or a small bowl of museli with a piece of fruit and that isnt enough to keep you going till lunch time (especially if your skiing). Luckily there is a supermarket around the corner and you can use the kitchen to make a proper breakfast. All in all was a fun place to stay, but there could be improvements. |

It's a little bit far away from the railwaystation and the sound proof is not good as it's a wooden house. But others are all good |

The staff was very fun and helpful and all spoke very good English. They could either arrange for you or direct you to any activity that you could possibly do in switzerland! The atmosphere was very fun there-complete with its own bar and night club- and town was only about a ten minute walk. |

Walls were v thin, making it hard to sleep when people were talking in the hallway. This would have been less annoying had there not been plenty of space they could have talked elsewhere, but I guess that is all part of the hostel experience. |

Pretty good - breakfast is pathetically small and cleanliness of showers and bathrooms is sometimes a problem, but generally a fun place to stay. |

It was a great atmostphere and definitely a lot of fun. I would recommend Balmer's to anyone who is heading to Interlaken. |

It was a fun place and they offered a lot of things to do during the day. Only thing is that you are locked out during the day. |
