Location is good. About 1 km distance from Interlaken OST (east) train station also as Interlaken west train station. we could get the location by following google map. The employees in reception and cooking area are good. The cleaniliness is good. The room is kept warm by the room heater and in case you stay in the top floor moon and stars were visible from the roof top sky light. Employees were very much informative and helpful. The free internet facility at recption and WIFI facility is good. Complimentary breakfast with juice, etc is ok. The free bus pass for interlaken provided by them is also good. It is definitely value for money.

Very full range of services. They offer you just about everything you could need. I also appreciated the 6:30 am breakfast, as we were eager to get an early begin on our day of hiking.

Bus stand was 100 m from the hostel. but there absolutely nothing much to be liked about this.
