The hotel itself was extremely clean and properly layed out. The staff were extremely friendly and quick to answer all inquiries we had about the hotel as properly as the area. As well, the setting of the hotel is extremely picturesque. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Bad Serneus.

Very warm and friendly staff, comforting atmosphere, good food; fantastic swimming pool. Superb location, surrounded by the (snow-topped) Swiss Alps. Do not hesitate if you&'re looking for a restful holiday in the mountains. Highly recommended.

The employees was VERY nice and although we came late they let us get into the mineral water right after it was closed since we stayed only one night and couldnt use it tomorow

An outstanding hotel. All are extremely nice and attentive. The breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is warm, individuals are warm and friendly and also the hotel is extremely clean. I strongly suggest this hotel.

Lovely place, quiet and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food (although I didn't have dinner there), excellent pool and sauna facilities. but shhh, it does not seem that anyone else knows about it!

Big, friendly, cheap. great location in the mountains, big comfy bed, very helpful and friendly staff. We were the only guests during our stay! (odd time of year)
