Good location, friendly staff, but facilities were at a minimum. If you&'re here to ski, it&'s great simply because breakfast and dinner are included, which saves you a LOT of money in Switzerland!

Its location was beautiful and easy. The employees was great, and in reality I think it was a superb deal due to the fact it included meals.

The girl at the reception desk was extremely helpful. Everything in Switzerland is expensive, but compared to other places, the hostel was a great value considering. Loved the dinner and breakfast that were included. Very good! Also liked the free wifi, laundry facilities, free baggage watch right after check out, etc. Room was clean and adequate for a great nights sleep.

Also liked the no cost wifi, washing facilities, no cost baggage watch following check out, etc. Room was clean and adequate for a great nights sleep.

My dorm window was like a picture frame of the Matterhorn. There is no much better spot to stay in Zermatt with a clear, unrestricted or blocked view of the Matterhorn. The meals (breakfast and dinner) are excellent too. Employees is friendly, dorms and bath rooms are clean. This hostel is excellent for those who want to hike, experience nature, eat well and get a excellent night's rest without a party atmosphere.

The meals (breakfast and dinner) are outstanding too. Staff is friendly, dorms and bath rooms are clean. This hostel is outstanding for those who wish to hike, expertise nature, eat nicely and get a outstanding night&'s rest without a party atmosphere.
