This is at the end of the red line, 35 mins from Taipei main station, and 200m from the last station so make sure to print their map. You dont have the panorama view from their pictures as you are on a lower floor overlooking the subway tracks and the station but can nonetheless see the view in the horizon. There are balcony rooms on the two floors above but I didnt have those rooms. The owner is extremely friendly, speaks exceptional english, will explain local points of interest and give you maps. The room was large with a cozy bed, extra blankets/towels, pillows, A/C, all toiletries. Great television package. Shower had lots of warm water that doesnt run out so nice long showers and exceptional water pressure. Lots of food in the metro station, old street, or eating places around the station. This was a much much more relaxing region to stay in case you dont want all the hustle of the city centre. Its worth spending a day here in case you want to explore one thing outside of the normal points of interest in the city centre. There is certainly the old street, temples, fort and colonial buildings, shell oil warehouses. You can also take bus 1262 for just over an hour to Yehliu Geopark to see the Queens head and other natural rock formations.

The location of this hostel is great simply because it is situated just a 5 mins walking distance from MRT. The location has all you need such as food, bank, night markets and 24-hour shops. Also, it is adjancent to the seashore and this location is an old town. It has a lot of history to sight see. In case you adore to stay in a noiseless place, faraway from crowd. but convenient. The location of this hostel is fantastic simply because it is situated just a 5 mins walking distance from MRT. The region has all you need like food, bank, night marketplaces and 24-hour shops. Also, it is adjancent to the seashore and this region is an old town. It has a lot of history to sight see. If you enjoy to stay in a silent place, far from crowd. but convenient. Here is the one :)
