The manager (or owner) was super friendly and helpful. The spot is a appealing teak house right on the river with great views of boats going by. Nice upstairs porch to watch the river, really peaceful. The restaurant has great food and amazing atmosphere. The free wifi was strong, even in the rooms.

The main building is a gorgeous old building on the river with an awesome location; the back building, exactly where our room was located, was not quite at the same time preserved.

The bed sheets were cleaned. Although, pretty sweaty after 3 days and them not being changed. Balcony door did not shut properly. There was only a bolt across the door for security (bolt maybe a bit of a strong word for the door security). Our room was behind a room that faced the road, but was still exceptionally noisy. There was a curfew on the guesthouse, you had to be back by 10. 30pm (11pm Latest). There was a massive can of bug spray next to our door, there was also a cockroach in our room and the place was covered with ants, although not any in our room. The bathroom what quite dirty and no hot water. Was quite expensive for the price. On the water so mosquito repellent a must! Would go to Tony's place next time.

The old school style of the place, a real taste of thailand, old teak decor, nice clean bed, value for money, a little noisy at times but hey, you get what you pay for. nice restuarant too.

The hotel is very clen and tidy, with gorgeous scenery of the river and a very oriental really feel about it. however. the staff were not very curtious/polite, and spoke basically no english (which ofcourse would be acceptable, as it is not and english speaking country, but if I could of atleast of got a smile i would be happy Employees not as nice as previous thais iv met so far. Right near to road and very noisey, and woke up early (6. 30am) by staff making noise. Unfortuntly would have to say that i wouldnt stay again.
