Our room had A/C, it was quiet, and inside walking distance of Khao San Rd && other popular traveller sites inside the Old City.

The location is very good as properly as the staff friendly and heldpfull, all though they don&t have a lot of concrete advice to give about tours.

The staff was SO helpful. They let us use their phone when we had a huge mixup with our credit cards, even offered to take us to the police station! They arranged our trains for us, and when we had to stay one more night than we had planned, they gave us a discount on our room for the extra night. The air conditioner works extremely well and the room was very clean. It's only about a 5 minute walk to Khaosan Road! I really really enjoyed my stay here!

Don&'t be fooled by the dodgy alleyway you have to walk to get down. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Locationis perfect. Fantastic restaruant close to the 7/11 on the primary street outside. FOr a place to crash while travelling it&'s perfect.

The hotel was really clean and in a great location. Only downside was that on the night before we left $50 travelers cheques were taken from my room. The room wasn't physically broken into which makes me think either I was stupid and left it unlocked (unlikely) or the staff let themselves in and had a look around. However the staff were then very apologetic and helpful when I needed to call up American Express. Moral of the story - use the lockers they provide and take money/valuable documents with you!

Tucked away in a labyrinth of winding alleys this hotel with its unfriendly and uninterested employees this hotel has been quite possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in Asia. The room was not cleaned once in 4 days despite repeat requests and also the hotel employees appeared annoyed when we interrupted their internet dating / gambling to use the no cost internet they provided. The room was expensive for what it was worth with much less costly lodging offered on or around the Ko San road. Avoid like the plague
