Air con inside the rooms were very good. Nice back street location with small shops && bars/restaurants and close to Kho San.

Ideal location everything u need is just outside, room extremely basic but clean, the disapointment was only one plug socket, and no fridge. . Pool location was ok not a lot of beds for a large place.

The location is brilliant, close to Khao San Road and a great road to stay on! Also free wiand air conditioning were great benefits.

It is an exceptional place to arrive and relax the first days in BKK, the swimming pool on the roof is an asset. The rooms are clean and huge enough. Great location, worth it for the price. I&'ll definitely suggest it to everyone.

Exactly what I was expecting really, had a single a/c room for a few days and had a pleasing stay. No complaints at all really as just clean, basic but serviceable room which was quiet and really near to Ko San road.

Excellent location close to street food stalls, Rambuttri St much quieter than Kao San Rd Two roof swimming pools, very warm (not so cooling)
