Clean room and shower, helpful staff, exceptional breakfast, exceptional location (10 mins from Khoa San Road) - would suggest if your after somewhere quiet to crash.

Really good free breakfast, staff very very helpful && friendly. Basic clean rooms for an outstanding price. Nice roof terrace too, but was not advertised well. Nice for having a beer and watching the sunrise/set/at night. Affordable drinks for sale too.

The room was basic but clean, with air-con, TV and balcony. The staff was warm and friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic - you can pick from omlette, toasts, rice, some pork, cereals, etc. , tea and coffee is obtainable the whole day.

The staff were really warm and friendly an helpful arranging transport to Koh Chang, the Breakfast was certain nice providing fruit and panang curry which was quite refeshing. I would suggest it to travellers who are not fussy on location and like walking due to the fact in its essential aspects was fit for purpose an had no conponts about the hotel.
