Great value for money! Silent spot just on the east side of river Ping. Straightforward and quick to walk to town or night bazaar. Employees really really helpful.

This guesthouse was great! The ladies working there are awesome and extremely helpful, especially Off. We ended up staying for 9 nights. They offered tours from the guesthouse, and it is walking distance to restaurants, all the markets, the grocery store etc. and they let you use the kitchen! :)

The location, which is the reason I chose the place, is really good. It is outside the square, hence really quite and not so much traffic. There are few eating places around, a pharmacy, a market place and a seven eleven. Walking time to the city is an acceptable 20 mins, night bazaar is nearby. I also liked the fact they have a garden and a terrace.

The employees were wondeful! Really great value for money, hot showers, fast wifi, v. cheap costs for trips. We did jungle flight and a day trip to an elephant camp, white water rafting, trekking etc, all through ben's, extremely recommended.

The owner is so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are comfortable and secure. it's a few minutes walk into town but so peaceful and quiet that it's worth it! the place has a nice relaxed feel and every effort is made to make you feel atr home. Great value!

Exactly what we needed, clean room, shower, warm and friendly staff and no cost WiFi. Near to centre but far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Not a amazing deal. rates were low but for a dollar or two much more I would have much preferred far better atmosphere, location, friendlier staff, and reputable wireless and usage of bikes as promised.
