This place was a surprise for me. An excellent surprise! The rooms are really clean and staff really friendly! For this price I was expecting some thing much less confortable. I was in a shared room for 4 people with a bathroom inside, just for us.

It has stunning gardens with hammocks you can relax out in, no noises and you get left alone.

Quiet residential area. Effortless to walk to the Old City. More affordable net cafes than other parts of Chiang Mai. The new reception lady from central Thailand is really sweet, friendly and incredibly helpful.

The rooms were extremely clean. It was noiseless and peaceful away from the busy city streets.

Cheap inexpensive cheap and clean. A 30 min walk from the city, 60-100 bhat in tuk tuk. NO lockers in dorm! But feels pretty safe anyways. I had the 4bed girls dorm all for myself and had a extremely very good sleep (good matrace). Aircon is exclusively for decoration, but the fan is ok. Very few people at this location as its a bit far away. But extremely nice building and surroundings. Great for rest and silent nights. wifi for 100 bhat, but sometimes extremely slow connection. You can uncover fast nternet for 10 bhat/hour in town.
