The owners were amazing. Both Keith and Ratree were very helpful. I screwed up the dates when I made my booking and they were incredibly understanding and helpful when I showed up on the wrong day. The rooms were clean along with the breakfast was great.

The owner && housekeeper are lovely and so helpful, booked all our trips with discounts and provide a tasty breakfast for free. Clean, air-con rooms, clean toilets and showers and really restful surroundings

About a two minute walk from the old town with loads of fab restaurants and stores on the way, also as a 7/11 really nearby. The breakfast&'s were completely AMAZING and really got you started for the day. The owner Keith and staff were really warm and friendly and pleased to help with any queries or just dish out directions and recommendations. It was super close to the center but down a noiseless back road so the hostel itself was really noiseless and you didn&'t have any traffic noise.

Lovely guesthouse with a lot of charm. The staff are also very friendly and helpfull and gave us a lot advice and tips for Chiang Mai.

Keith along with the other Individuals here are so warm and friendly and really helpfull. the breakfast is great. everything ist really clean. its located among the town center and night market. Ideal location. Its really quuiet here. absolutely nothing for partypeople. One of the best places i stayed on my travel. i booked 2 days a lot more because i liked here to stay.
