It made us laugh due to the fact it looks like a very colourful prison! It has a long, wide corridor with the rooms off it, with a bit down the middle that you can look down on to the lower floors, but it&'s painted pink and orange! Really clean rooms with very good air con (essential) and a little refrigerator that they keep stocked with water in bottles each and every day.

Clean and functional. Extremely very good value for money. Room cleaned and new sheets and towels every day. Close to Wororot marketplace and food marketplace in the evening. Walking distance to old city. Low-cost price, air-conditioned rooms. And very good wifi. Often return there when I go to Chiang Mai.

The employees were helpful - our fan broke and then replaced us with another by the time we got in. The room was clean-ish and had a massive window. iT was really cheap though and there was free tea and toast inside the mornings.

Very clean, really cheap and good value for money. free toast each morning, cheap internet, firendly staff although they spoke really little English. free bottles of water everyday. no environment though and set out like a prison, with the view looking at another building! really cheap though and worth the money we spent. we also felt really secure staying there.

Good value clean rooms and a great shower. It takes about 10-20 minutes to walk to the old town but in the midday heat it seems like a lot longer. I wish I hadn't booked ahead but rather looked around the old city as there are loads of guesthouses surrounded by good bars/restaurants where meeting people would be easier.
