The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. Outstanding sellection of food on provide both Thai and Foreign at a very good price. The staff have very good contacts in the community and are happy to help with any questions or queries you may have. The hotel is in a quiet location, but within the old city walls, and you can walk to all the main old city attractions.

Place had lots of character, felt like staying above a country bar in England! Although above a bar, it was often quiet. Superb location - on a quieter street yet not far to walk to the bars, marketplaces etc. Staff were really friendly!

The property was great. not pleased that hostel bookers only offered me the most expensive room when they had offered much less expensive rooms. Hotel was great - hostel bookers, not so much. In addition to jamming me into the most expensive room hostel bookers forced me to select 2 guests, I couldn&'t book a room for 1 even though I was by myself.

Great location, extremely close to the Chang Puak Gate. Bar downstairs makes nice food but a little expensive compared to local restaurants, many of which are within an basic walk. The room is extremely silent despite being above a pub, we were never bothered by noise. Near to morning markets and Sunday evening Walking Street. Three Kings Monument just down the road. Large shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away. Coin laundry washing less than 5 mins walk away. Room is cleaned each and every day with bed linen and towels changed daily. Great room with extremely comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Tea and coffee making facilities within the room was great. We booked for four days and stayed for a month! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic the location was ideal in the north of the old city, and downstairs there is certainly a pub/restaurant with a free pool table and live music each night. The rooms are great, importantly the beds are really comfortable and also the rooms had good air conditioning, tvs, dvd players, fridge and a great bathroom with actual hot water. The staff were good to us in looking soon after some of our valuables whilst we went to Pai and went trekking.
