Great location. Near to a lot of points you&'d desire to see but also far enough away. It&'s nice and noiseless and comfortable. No street && party noise to keep you away. Nice clean rooms with nice bathroom and in-room deck!

It is situated inside the finest location of Chiang Mai! Close to the night marketplace along with the nightlife but in a quite area with lots of very nice bars and restaurants. Rooms are basic, but clean and extremely comfortable!

It was a extremely nice property with lovely staff. however they were not often there - you needed to go to their affiliated guest home (1 min walk) if they were out. Was right in among 2 streets with lots of stores and places to eat and a close walk to the night bazaar

The room was large, clean, and properly appointed. The location was okay, although it was down a side street of a side street and there was construction on the first side street.

I really feel calm and comfortable stay here. With no air conditioning, I still can sleep comfortably. Just open windows and doors, cold wind can enter the room. The location was also near to &"hawker&" places, laundry, car/motorbike rental, and minimarket.

Really very good bargain inside the centre of Chiang Mai. Room and bathroom clean and shower powerful. Was worried about the lack of air con but the fan was really powerful so temperature fine. Also had a tv
