Loved fubar. Didnt want to leave this place, the staff was totally amazing. They would do just about anything to ensure your happy. Location couldn&'t be any better, inside crawling distance from sunrise beach. Definitely suggest fubar especially for full moon parties. Will be back for sure!

The dorm was extremely sociable and also the staff were AMAZING. It was a fun place to party and chill. There&'s a television with DVDs to choose from. For full moon location is fantastic because it&'s so so near the beach (2 minutes) but not on the beach so the crowds arent too within your face. They do great affordable food and there is certainly a washing service. Beds aren&'t brilliant but great for the price which is relatively low compared to other hostels around full moon. They do a massive party night on Monday which is fun.

This is the very best spot that I stayed in when travelling Thailand! When travelling solo it can be daunting rocking up to a new spot and being alone and not knowing anyone. When I arrived at Fubar i literally had the very best welcome I could have imagined. The staff are simply amazing, they make you feel so at home. Alice spent atleast 30 mins with me introducing me to everything and telling me about all the stuff that I could get up to, showing me wheres superb to eat and pointing me in the right direction for epic sunsets! The hostel is basically sat on the beach, you can chill in their massive hostel lounge and watch the waves come in. What more do you want Chilling with a beer, watching the sea This was an incredible spot to meet individuals and was very effortless to do so, everyone got on and had an awesome time. This made my experience at staying at Fubar (the spot to be! ) just ideal and I loved Koh Phangan when I was there, to the extent where I didn&'t desire to leave to my next destination and just decided to stay another night - why not! So yeah, get to Fubar! I would stay there again without a second thought. Wouldn&'t even consider staying elsewhere. In case you are up for the party, chillaxing and meeting awesome individuals from all around the world, fubar is the very best location. All i can say is enjoy! and i wish i was there again oh and get booking now ahead of the rooms sell out!

Great location! 1 minute from the full moon party beach. staff were awesome. Took great care of me when i cut my foot and it got infected. great spot to stay and meet other travellers.

The environment in this hostel is almost certainly the greatest I've ever stayed in! Fubar is situated about a minutes walk from the Full Moon sunrise beach (although most of the locals didn't know where it was! ) and is encompassed by restaurants which are much more than happy to bring the food to the bar. The greatest thing about this hostel is the staff - they make it what it is. I came during a difficult week for them circumstances wise yet they went out of their way to make you sure I enjoy staying there. I'd come off a mophead the day before, and my leg was in a bad way when I arrived. Every single single day Alice sorted me out, cleaning it with alcohol, covering it with yellow powder and bandaging it up. She is an absolute superstar and I couldn't speak much more highly of her. Guy's a top fella too and they are always up for a laugh and a drink with the customers. The alcohol at the bar is low-cost and has massive TV with loads of films and a Playstation 3 so its straightforward to meet and get on with your fellow travelers, especially if you are on your own. I met so numerous fantastic like-minded people who were up for a party. There are lockers to put your valuables in and I was also given two nights no cost stay which totaled me up to seven nights here. Just don't mess up the bed sheets with UV paint and you'll have an excellent time!

Alice was really awesome, really appproachable and helpful. The place for full moon party was spot on, and the people all congrigate and socialise within the bar / chill out location so makes it simple to meet people!
