Loved this place. Excellent views of the ocean and awesome sunsets. The bungalows are about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The property owner is amazing! She is super helpful to book things, rent motorbikes, and is an awesome cook. We normally don&'t eat where we stay but we ate 2 meals a day there! So great!

Bella is so lovely! Outstanding food at fantastic prices! Only a few mins down beach, we only had a basic hut but clean bed, mossie net, toilet and shower, fantastic view, fan, what else do u need! Yes it is up a steep hill but we all need a little exercise to work off those changs! She also organised a cab to full moon party for just 200 baht! Extended our stay!

Stunning view from bungalow of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Employees were really helpful, honest and friendly. great food served at the restaurant. Near to 7/11 as properly as the beach (3 mins walk). We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay.

Bella who runs the huts is amazing! Extremely warm and friendly and will do just about anything she can to help you out. The food is nice and reasonably priced. No cost wireless at the bar which is really chilled out.

Bella who runs J. B huts is fantastic and will help you anyway she can, the food in the restaurant was extremely good and extremely nicely priced as nicely as the environment was chilled and relaxing, even soon after we left the hostel we returned for the food and to relax out. Also there is certainly no cost wifi and a laptop available for anyone to use if they want at the same time as some DVD&'s and cable TV! The price was extremely reasonable for the huts.

Fantastic scenery from our hut over the sea. Not a beach location but meant it was quieter and only a brief walk to the sea. Hut was basic but had double bed, mosquito net, fan, attached bathroom and hammock on balcony. Hut could do with some shelves and hooks but otherwise great. Friendly, energetic host (Bella) made fantastic food and could organise pretty much anything for us. Lovely sociable comfy restaurant with films on request, free web and scooter hire.

The bungalow was very clean and comfortable, no mosquito bites here! 24 hour electricity, and warm water shower, and a proper bed and mattress - all for a very reasonable price. We took a bungalow at the top, quite a walk, but lovely sea view. Bella and her family are fantastic hosts, very warm and friendly and willing to help if you need anything. The restaurant serves great Thai food, also has western dishes, but we ate only Thai, so cannot comment on the other food. It is also very properly priced. There is certainly also no cost wireless in the restaurant, and there is certainly a TV with satellite so if you cannot live without watching football, you can do so, or watch a dvd. Haad Yao beach is beautiful, almost certainly the most effective beach on the island. JB hut is not directly on the beach, but is just a brief 2 minute walk. I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone that wants great quality accomodation and service for a reasonable price.
