It was silent and clean. Employees extremely helpful and spoke good english. Walking distance from a small silent beach and lots of restaurants bars and shops.

The place is spotless, bright, clean & comfortable & despite lots of building work nearby, peaceful when you want to sleep (be it day or night! ) This is Pattaya! ; you don't come here to rest do you, but sometimes you have to! ) NOT smack bang in the middle of things but on a hillside (where it benefits from a gentle breeze at times) 'next' to the Big Budddah & 10 or 15 minutes walk (or a 10baht taxiibus fare) to the safe & fun waterpark, busy beaches & shops etc of Pattaya & Jomtien; I found walking (with a bottle of water of course) good light exercise interesting & entertaing - better than renting a m/bike as before.

Quietness, nice garden bar, very spacious rooms. A bit negative surprised only for having to pay 100thb for wifi.
