The staff are helpful but do not understand English well. It is really properly located to the beach and is reasonably located to the &"centre&" of Pattaya (walking street) - about 30minutes walking distance away. Extremely clean, silent and bed was comfortable. Good for a single guy, not sufficient pizzaz to take a girl to.

I had an amazing time here, and it broke my center when I had to check-out. The employees are all smiles, the rooms are large and properly air-conditioned and also the location is close enough to everything, yet not too close to worry about noise at night. Thank you for the amazing time and I&'ll be back again this year.

If there is certainly anyone who complains about this place then you simply do not know what you are talking about. joy, momma, all of them do an awesome job of making sure you have all you need anytime of the day. more affordable than everyone else and always with a smile. the room was exactly what it discribes, lots of space, comfy bed, cold air conditioning, warm showers, along with the balcony had a amazing view and allowed for a nice breeze when needed. i cannot wait to return one day. i had an awesome time!

Now they are like my family. i stayed much much more days as i thought cose the ubication, the employees as properly as the room are much much more very good as i thought right after to read some comments. also the &"hot girls&" as some one describe are not so hot or bad as anyone can think, they are really warm and friendly and lovely. the room was really spacious and not noisy at all. i enjoyed very much my staying in there and recomend it.

Rm 204 has a little balcony, cabtv (8) eng ch, cable internet, AC, and sec lock box, is clean an comfy, and normal size rm, . Has all facilities close by. Good value by pataya's standards.

Huge room. Very clean. Lots of extras in the room (TV, DVD, fridge). Incredibly comfy bed - best I've been on in weeks! Excellent location, too.
