The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel provided the necessary and basic amenities sufficiently like room service, bottled water everyday, tour bookings, transport to airport and loaning beach towels. However, we wanted to rent two cars through the hotel at 1200 baht each for a day, but the hotel staff mistakenly reserved only one car for us and couldn't get the other one later. We could only get the second car from another car company at 1600 baht at a later time, and when we finally agreed (taxis there are very expensive), even the first car was rented out already, so we had to rent two cars for a higher rate at a later time of the day because we had no other option. I was very upset with the hotel staff about this as we lost out and were not compensated in any way. Moreover, the cars we got were very lousy and we had to pay the car company an extra 7000 baht for a car because the bumper was very low and we hit it. Got a very, very bad deal in renting those cars. That is a major complaint I have of the hotel and it was a very unpleasant experience.

The rooms are huuuuuge and furnished nicely. Unfortunately we had very many ants in our room. They have been everywhere - on the floor, on the walls, on the tables, in the bathroom. We reportet that to the staff and they immediately send two charwomen who sprayed some poison in our room then. Not very convenient and this was the only thing they have done against it because in the next few days we again had more and more ants. Everyday we got 2 bottles of water for free into our minibar, which was a nice gesture for me. You can also get "coffee" (it's nescafe. ) and tea for free, but nevertheless it's not worth to take the breakfast they offer in this hotel. From our room we could see the ocean. Unfortunately you have to walk a long street until you get to the beach nevertheless, but it is still ok.
