- Really friendly and helpful staff. Gave me a map, showed me how to get to the old city, offered bikes, computer access, and rides into the city as soon as I arrived. Helped with advice and were just really cheerful in general. - Huge, clean towels, lots of washrooms for the shared single rooms.

The employees were great! Really friendly and knowledgeable! And they make up for their somewhat out of the way location by providing to drive you pretty much anywhere. They have an hourly shittle service that brings you to the bus within the old city. I got sick and they offered to drive me to the hospital, and I saw them taking numerous other travellers to the bus station as well.

Sila Resort is an outstanding spot and a gem of a find! You could not ask for more - the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly, they really couldn&'t do enough for us. There were constant smiles from all the employees and it really did feel like we were inside the &"land of smiles&"! There was a no cost pick up from the bus station, no cost drop off back at the bus station at the end of our trip and no cost transport into town to the bus stop to get the bus to Old Sukothai. There were no cost bikes at the guesthouse offered for any guest to use, no cost internet and computer for guests&' use. The food was exceptional and extremely reasonably priced. All in all, I wouldn&'t stay anywhere else if visiting Sukothai again.

Sila hade a real resorty really feel on the cheap, so low-cost in fact we often felt quilty about the staff running around to help us. We met some great people but not so a lot of poeple our age seems like a place for older travellers. Our room was small and boxy but had a massive bed and who hangs out in bedrooms anyway. Initially we thought we were a while from town but its only a 20 min walk along the river through lanes not on the busy key road. The no cost bicycles were great along with the no cost transport to the busses heading to old sukhothai were great too.
