Very close to town centre. WiFi inside the little breakfast room. Employees were warm and friendly and helpful, (especially when waking visitors who had slept late for their balloon ride pickup). They arranged rides everywhere and tours are available through the desk - we recommend the Green Tour.

Jihan the caretaker was great! He was very friendly and helpful and he was so nice to celebrate my Birthday. We loved the beds and pillows! Our cave room was just what we wanted. We stayed within the triple suite (the bathroom is down the stairs). We were so comfortable, we could have slept through our entire holiday. Luckily, we were within the heart of the town, so we walked everywhere. We took a balloon ride, the green line tour, and went to a Turkish bath. We had a great time and this hotel was worth each penny. We were a lot warm and enjoyed the no cost breakfast and tea. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

This was the very best hostel we stayed at in Turkey. huge credit for that apart from all the above points Ive ticked goes to Jihan the caretaker. A simple, wonderful, hard- working young lad who mingles with everyone and ensures you have a comfortable stay.

The hotel employees was unbelievabliy hospitable. The Turkish breakfast was also great. I had my balloon ride and day tour all book through them and everything went without a hitch. Will do my very best to visit this hotel again as their is still a little a lot more I would like to see in Cappadocia

What we lked the most was the very good servce of Cahl. He was really frendly and helpfull. It was a very good location to stay as nicely as the breakfast was really good. The coffee not tasty. I thnk because of the water.

Amazing! ! Mustafa is the highest owner and host in the whole world! We had an excellent time.
