Extras: laundry service, shuttle service, breakfast (only the milk was hot, guess that&'s how they like it! ), toiletries. Warm and friendly staff!

Ideal location to all old city locations. Just off the tram line which is the easiest landmark for navigation around the city. Room a bit small, but quite adequate with really effective air con. Very slight plumbing problem - did not affect anything - shower with plenty of hot water, all bed linen clean and functional with room made up every day with no problems. Breakfast really Turkish all you can eat of fresh healthy tasty food (buffet) served 7:00am till 10:00am. Employees always helpful and delivered service offered as described and efficiently. Exceptional value for money - will definitely go back (stayed an extra three days anyway because could not get far better value).
