I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. When we first arrived in Kiev, we got to Independence square and didn't know the way to the hostel (lost paper with directions on it) so we rang the hostel and one of the ladies came to get us in the freezing weather! They were so hospitable, the meals were really yummy and the atmosphere is very homely. The location is good, only 2 blocks away from independence square. Great value for money.

The girls who operate the hostel are very friendly and helpfull. They make the hostel a cosy place to stay. Internet is free, good shower, great location. It is all good.

Was a very central place to stay, staff were magnificent, the hostel was clean always, breakfast was excellent, have stayed in many hostels but would say I have never been in a better place. would recommend to anyone visiting Kiev.

The hostess (owner) was really nice and caring, making omelet in the morning and borsjt in the evening for us (no extra cost). We arrived early (At 9 AM) but could enter our beds right away and get some much-needed sleep (we had a tough 4day conference with little sleep) after we got welcome candy. Location is like the name implies, really central, sidestreet (Khmel. Bogd. ) of center part of Kreshatik, however its not noisy as the courtyard the rooms have their windows to is lcoated two courtyard away from Khmel. B. street. A definite recommendation.

The girls running the hostel are great, making nice traditional Ukrainian breakfasts and helping as much as possible. Could do with bigger sheets though!

Once again minimal facilities but really helpful staff and a nice breakfast, oh and it's quite central and right next to the metro.
