There was a discrepency between the price quoted ar HostelBookers web site and the actual price the hostel quoted which meant that we were paying for 3 nights but actually staying for 2 nights. The staff could see the mistake and promptly corrected the mistake.

El Viajero was really well placed to see the sights, the room was really clean and nice - and the staff were very friendly.

Clean. good hot water. good air-conditioning & fan. the room was a bit small, for two people and two big bags.

The property was clean, neat and tidy. Good proximity to the Buquebus and Bus Terminal. The location with regards to the centre of Colonia and the old part of the city was good. What let this property down was the bathroom facilities and the breakfast.
