Chicago Parthenon HostelAccommodation Type : Hostel Greetings from Chicago. We are a recently refurbished Hostel located in down-town Chicago. OUr new rooms have hardwood floors and we have completely new granite bathrooms. Our low rates are hard to be matched with other hotels and hostels in the location. We are a short walk from Union Station, Greyhound Station, as well as the train that can bring you to our block from Midway and OHare airports.

It was cleaner than I have expected. The employees was extremely friendly in general except an old man.

First of all the locaton - at the west beginning of the loop, inside the lovely Greek town. The stuff was helpful. Breakfest were simple, however, adequate to the price.

Safe location about 30 minute walk from centre of downtown. Superb breakfast included within the price. Young guy on reception was warm and friendly and helpful. Bathrooms clean and warm, bedrooms were ok. We arrived too early to check in, but they let us have breakfast while we waited which was good.

The hostel was clean and located in the middle of Greek Town which was really exciting. We accidentally got off at Halsted instead of UIC Halsted along with the person at the desk was really helpful in getting us to the hostel.

Very clean. The room was clean, bathroom was often clean and just peeking at common areas they were clean. The people at the desk are really nice. I messed up the check in dates and it wasn&'t a massive deal and he basic fixed it for me with no hassle. It&'s right in Greek town and a new museum down the street. AWESOME food all around. In case you really don&'t like toast, hard boiled eggs, bananas and apples and cereal for breakfast (that&'s the no cost breakfast) there is an AMAZING breakfast place across the street. It&'s a bit pricy for breakfast but you won&'t regret it. The little cafe nearby had great food too. It isn&'t faraway from Union Square and public transportation.
