The property is situated close to downtown Memphis. Cleaning is done every day (bathroom and clean towels).

Location relative to Beale Street is good, but the region is not great - walking back to the motel at 11:00 pm is a challenge!

AAE Vista was in a perfectly convenient location- easily walkable to downtown and easy to get to. It was just an average motel-style stay, but well-kept. The person who was at the desk when we arrived was fantastically friendly and helpful.
