The staff here were very useful and kind. The nearby subway line was also extremely handy for commuting downtown. There was a lot of attention paid to ensuring the travelers felt comfy during their stay which was nice to see!

The bath rooms were kept clean. the room we got was clean && had a window [great for 4 dudes! ] towels were provided when needed. kitchen was kept clean.

The loaction was good near to subway right after getting over the intial shock of being in new york it was nice to get to a safe and home like place. The kitchen region was outstanding and nicely equiped.

It&'s in a warm and friendly location of New York. In about 15 minutes you are at Times Square with the Metro. You have enough beds, kitchen and bathroom.

The landlord eas really nice, warm and friendly and help us having a great stay! The rooms are realy nice and there is a really outstanding cooking area and lounge

The owner as well as the staff was extremely helpfull and nice, right away we felt cozy and at home. I have stayed at a lot of other cheap accomodations like this all around the U. S. and this is deffinitly one of the better ones. When you&'re tirred right after a long and busy day in New York it&'s nice to be able to cook yourself dinner (and save some bucks by not eating out), watch some television and just sit back and relax. The location was pretty great even though it&'s not right next to the items most travellers would need to see, it&'s so close to the subway (which is crucial! ) that it doesn&'t really matter. The neighborhood is pretty nice - numerous people might be alarmed by the fact it is in Harlem, but it was actually pretty interesting (and fully safe) to live here and see how well the neighborhood is coming along. There is certainly not that much to do there, but the African market and Tom&'s restaurant are deffinitly both worth a visit.
