The property advertises itself as budget and in a great location, and it was exactly that. Just off 5th avenue, a few blocks from the Empire State Building the Latham was very centrally located. The room was completely adequate - don't get me wrong it was faraway from great, but given what we paid we weren't accepting anything wonderful. The room can very best be described as basic but functional, although the air cooling unit was too loud to have running whilst we were inside the room.

The hotel has a extremely nice location and a exceptional atmosphere. Staff is extremely helpful as properly as the room is extremely nice, though I was hoping for a better view.
