The employees were all extremely friendly. The room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels daily. Was a simple room but a reasonable size with plenty of draw space.

Excellent spot in a very nice location &"Columbia Campus&". This location is well-known for its student life and its fancy stores and cafes near around. We were 2 pals along with the Hotel was comfortable and nicely furniture. The staff is very warm and friendly and helpful, the desk is open 24/7, so there is certainly often somebody around to help with any issue. The value for money was exceptional as well. I will definitely recommend this spot to pals again!

Close to the subway line. Low-cost location to stay considering how expensive lodging is in NYC.

The location was great, really close to a subway. It was cheap, the employees were really friendly and helpful, and it was cleaned often. I felt really safe walking to and from the subway to the hotel and felt really safe when inside. It was really basic like a college dorm room, but it served its purpose of being a base for me whilst i explored the city.

Pleasantly surprised, we had a private double room which was like a mini hotel room, with TV, fridge, a private bathroom, and even towels. Nice for that price. It was completely clean.

Good value for money. The room was comfortable, the wash facilities and bedrooms were cleaned every day, and also the shower was warm. The staff were helpful. Great location.

This was ideal location to easily getting on the 1 train to get to Times square, Penn station, ferries for the statue of liberty at the same time as several transfer options! And central park was just a few blocks away. Remarkable eateries surrounding this location as well! The employees was also VERY helpful!

Great cost in a wonderful location. Lots of space to put clothes in drawers and a handy night table with drawers. Lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Great having a refrigerator in the room and a micro wave just down the hall. Close to three grocery stores and limitless restaurants and shops. Convenient to the 1 train.
