Stayed a few days here. Rooms are huge and really clean. AC works fantastic too. Hotel employees are really friendly and went beyond what I would expect to help and make the stay a great experience. Location is in the old town with lots to see however the bars and western style eating places are a bit further out. Would stop here again!

Everything! The staff were amazing and so helpful! I extremely suggest this spot to anyone. I liked that this spot offered breakfast. I was also able to book a Halong Bay tour through them (the night ahead of I wanted to go) and it was extremely reasonably priced. They offered baggage storage at no extra charge!

The employees were really warm and friendly and did a lot of stuff to help us out (showing us how to buy SIM cards, letting us use a room to have a shower for a couple of hours after we had checked out). Maybe it was because we booked a couple of tours through them, but even so they were really helpful. Would reccomend.

Lovely staff and so decent room with really basic facilities and I have the largest impression to this hostel is the Halong bay trip they organized for us, cheap cost and stayed in Holiday View in Catba island

Very beautiful place and very convenience to access the well-known sites in Hanoi city and especially, Halong bay 2 days, 1 night trip, I spent one night on Dragon Boat it was very boat and it was really good for value
