Golden Time Hostel

The employees in this hostel is the very best one can imagine. They are doing really everything to make their customers happy, by helping organizing tour or solving any kind of issues. After each trip, when we came back to Golden Time Hostel, there was a room for us obtainable for free to take a shower or relax a bit even though we did not book for the night. It was really like coming house right after some days of travelling. No cost water, tea, breakfast and printouts were included. Thanks a lot for everything

Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty. The location was on one of the quieter streets of the old town as nicely as the employees could not be much more helpful for directions, restaurant recommendations and tours. They sorted everything out for us including an fantastic trip to ha long (we went on the Fantasea boat and loved it) and over night bus to Hue. We arrived at the hotel at 8am but despite this our room was ready and we were given a no cost breakfast.

Good location, clean rooms, superb wifi, value for money, breakfast is simple but ok, supermarket close by. You also get a lot of watermelon. Booked halong bay trip within the hotel. 2nights/3days on fantasea. Really superb value for money. Heaps of food, guide was not that good. Trip to Tam coc (Ninh Binh) was fine. Very good guide, river trip was awesome, the rest was just fine. A lot of driving. . Talk to Tony, he speaks the very best english of the staff.

The staff was really warm and friendly and always willing to give a great advice. The included breakfast was good, the rooms with a small balkony, clean and safe. You can walk in a few minutes to old town.

The employees are incredibly helpful and generous. They welcome all with a smile and an offer of Vietnamese tea or coffee. Fell ill on day of checking out, and owners kindly let us stay for a few hours longer without charge. Great position in city, and lots of info available!

The staff is really friendly. I argued with a taxidriver and the guy from the hostel came out and helped me to solve that. He even gave 10000 Dong from his own money to the driver simply because We could not locate an agrrement by our own (of course I rejected that lateron to him). They are always helpful and really very kind.

Location is great, just off the main strip so not quite as noisy as others would be. Staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Accommodation is good value for money. Would stay again!
