Clean room, fantastic location and cozy services plus warm and friendly staff. On first step i welcomed by warmly smile of bellhop and reception with free welcome drink, i got early check in following 20 minutes to take the welcome drink at lobby, woooh! Gorgeous as my bus from Hoian was very long. The room was really cozy for my excellent sleep. During my staying they cleaned my room everyday. They arranged all tours for my trip in Vietnam. I loved Halong Bay trip, Sapa trip (special children in Village that i trekked in Sapa), Hoian was so nice. When i came back from Halong bay I stayed again at this hotel, they arranged another room with bigger size and silent room in the back of building. I recommend this hotel for all tourists who will travel to Hanoi

Cozy hotel, super employees and good location, The employees was professional to show us the points of interest we should pay a visit to in City, and recommended great restaurant New Day and 69 Restaurant, there are dozens eating places and bar nearby, we just took some steps to there. The rooms have full furniture, private bathroom, extremely clean and make up the room daily. We had pretty breakfast, extremely valued for money i got all points i paid small money. We booked the Halong Bay trip via hotel with good price as they have promotion for their customers so we had this chance, the boat and foods was nice but so foggy on Bay, so we could not sightseeing and will come back next time.

Comfortable hotel, value for money. I just stayed 1 night but everything was perfect, i will back to stay at this hotel right after my trip in Laos and Cambodia. High suggest this hotel to other travellers that desire to take a look at Hanoi.

Nice hotel, helpfull staff, they suggested several information around when I needed. The hotel has outstanding location, right at the Old Quarter that means it is really noisy street and busy traffic, but hotel room was quite so i got outstanding sleep

I have only 1 week travel in Vietnam, so just stay in Hanoi 2 nights I choosed Green Street Hotel with several superb reviews and suitable budget for me. Hotel was nice, clean room, superb location with smiling and halpful staff. They arranged the Halong Bay full day trip for me, it was excellent with full sea food and kayaking. They also arranged the train ticket from Hanoi - Hue for me extremely easy and fast. Next time I will come back Vietnam and stay Green Street Hotel and join Halong Bay 3 days

Great location, helpful and friendly staffs. Warmly welcome staying. Room is really clean, nice, wi-fi is strong. Breakfast is great. The employees is really frendly and attentive to any needs of its guests from tour booking, geeting a taxi, recommending superb places to sight-see and dine. Right after staying at hotel 1 night, they organize Halong Bay 2 days/1nights trip for me. Employees gave me a nice info about this trip and good price. When I back Hanoi, I will travel to Hue by Sleeping bus, it will be also arranged by hotel for me. It is really convenient for me. Fantastic ! Would stay here again.
