All the staff were absolutely exceptional and went out of their way to help. Nice little touches like on the house snacks in the room, presents of tea every single time we returned to the hotel etc.

We chose this hotel from it's comments and never regretted. We stayed for 4 days and everything went perfect. Location is excellent, staff was very attentive to the customers needs. Our room was spacious and well furnished. It worth staying. 100%.

Location is great, just near the lake. Employees are excellent, driver picked us up at airport even though we were delayed 2 hours. Reception employees could not be a lot more helpful, organised tickets for us to travel to Hue. Also arrange Halong bay tour which was exceptional value.
