Good breakfast, decently clean, warm and friendly people and a great location. WiFi is really fast and apparently they do free beer from 5-6 but I missed it.

I had the greatest time in Hanoi Youth Hostel. They have everything you might ever need there. It&'s hard to actually leave the hostel and venture out into the city. But when you do you are right in the middle of everything. I was travelling on my own but everyone is really welcoming and friendly. The Haylong Bay trip was amazing and with reasonable price

Everything is great and staffs are friendly, the time of no cost beer is fantasic in where people can share a lot of things, the room is clean and hotwater is often accessible in the time. I booked the trips to halong bay also as sapa tour which is cheapest than everywhere in hanoi

The staff were really warm and friendly and helpful. We had asked the receptionist to book us tickets for a night train to Hoi An. It later turned out there was only a bus and she hadn&'t wanted to book a bus without our permission, so that by this time there were no berths left for the night we wanted to leave. She kindly let us stay on an extra night for free at the hostel so that we could leave on the next nightbus.

The location was great. Along with the one hour no cost beer is a goog moment to meet other people. The rooms were clean. The breakfast is a sandwich with salade, tomato en mayo. Ok.
