This is definitely the very best hostel I have ever stayed. The employees are super helpful. The cost is reasonable. Rooms are clean and convinent. If I ever come back again, I will stay here.

Everyone was extremely helpful. We were able to buy plane tickets, bus tickets and get a series of information right at the hostel. They even tiped us with eating places of their own choosing that were great! The rooms were extremely clean and quiet.

People are extremely warm and friendly and helpful. Never had such a pleasant welcome before (while travelled to numerous places). Completely suggest this place - clean, outstanding location, rooms are outstanding value for money and decent, large beds with cleaned linnen each and every day.

The employees were fantastic here - really helpful. They booked a trip to Halong Bay for us and kept a room for us when we returned.

Clean and cheap, we stayed inside the dorm and it is include breakfast which is really nice~ staff also very useful and friendly, public web is fast and free, highly recommend!

The finest hotel in Vietnam. Gorgeous clean rooms, with fresh fruit delivered daily. Kim and the employees are amazing! They go above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome, and give you really personal and warm and friendly service. Great location a brief walk from lots of sights. Highly recommended!

The young lady on reception was extremely helpful. Advised us on transport selections to get to Hong Kong and booked the bus for us. Good selection for breakfast to pick one from. room spacious, clean, had air-con and fan. Fresh fruit each day in room. Good location, we were able to walk to the Water Puppet Show along with the Cathedral. Lady at reception helped us with getting taxi safely when needed. No cost pick-up from the airport was fantastic, especially due to the fact we arrived around midnight. Gave us bottled water and bread upon check-in as all stores were closed at that time of night.

The staff were incredibly hospitable & helpful, The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and attractive. The staff organised a wonderful tour of Hatlong Bay for me, seeming to take no commission for themselves (I later discovered after talking to others on the tour who had booked over the internet & directly through the tour provider), did not charge me for the nights I was away even though I had already booked them & stored my baggage during my absence.
