To our dismay our $US20 room had no windows, however as we booked 2 nights because we wanted a late checkout the second night, the Manager up-graded us to a deluxe room (normally $US35) with full facilities - great customer service.

Good location. Took one day tour of Ha Long Bay booked through the hotel and it was exactly as descibed.

The facilities in the room are great; the possibilities for leaving luggage behind during tours outside of Hanoi; the possibilities to have a shower before leaving to the airport in the evening although you do not have a room anymore

Hotel in good location for Hanoi sight seeing. A few minutes walk from the lake and right in the middle of the old town. Close to restaurants and markets. Rooms are great- large, tastefully decorated, cable tv, good shower, included breakfast and our room had a balcony overlooking the street. Staff were really helpful and organised an unforgettable trip to Halong Bay. Overall, hotel is good value for money and comfortable place to stay in Hanoi!
