The staff are extremely accomodationg and extremely friendly. They helped us and assisted althroughout our stay. What I liked the most is the cleanliness of the room. They made sure that they change the bed linen everyday, and they clean the room including he bathrooom. I also love the free breakfast. you can actually pick among a variety inside the menu.

We stayed at the Royal Palace for for 3 nights total. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, but the service is really extraordinary. They helped us book a day trip to the Perfume Pagoda and transportation to Hue and Saigon. We also booked a trip to Halong Bay for the weekend, and they let us keep our luggage there overnight, and to shower there before taking the over night train to Hue. When they saw that my wife was sick, they let us take an empty room for the afternoon for free, so she could lie down and rest. Fantastic individuals and a wonderful hotel.

We stayed in a superior room which is nice and very clean. Originally booked 1 night but after spending time in Hanoi extended it to 4 as it is such a outstanding location to be. Hotel employees are warm and friendly and so approachable and will gladly help with anything. Location of this hotel is fantastic. A short walk to numerous outstanding eating places and shops in the town centre. Breakfast is average but adequate. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

We stayed for three nights at the Royal Palace, and would not hesitate to return. The rooms are lovely, cozy and absolutely immaculate, as properly as the employees are really friendly. The food is good, breakfast is really generous by Vietnamese standards and we loved the silent patio outside our room - the excellent location to unwind. Overall, an superb experience.

Taxi arranged via the hotel to pick us up from the airport. when we arrived at the hotel after a 20+ hour journey the last thing we wanted to hear was your deluxe double room is finished! (ie all gone) what we did like to hear was that we had been upgraded for the night to a suite double but at the same price we would have paid for our old room! we atayed in room 801 which was abit of a trek up the stairs but worth it for the quiet! hot shower, no cost web in the room. cpmfy beds, clean linen, breakfast included in the price. well worth it. the stay got greater - we didnt have to change rooms on our second night and we still only got charged standard double price. the guys on reception booked our trip to Halong Bay and Sapa, which was great but do remember to take lots of warm clothes in Sapa. We also arranged a half day stay for when we got back from SAPA (really early in the morning until noon) we got our suite room again :) on that evening when we were just hanging round waiting to go to HUE 2 of the lads who worked in the hotel insisted that we ate with them and im do glad we did. the food was straightforward (pork rice spinach) but it was tasty, the company enjoyable and a really nice memory to bring house with us. We would stay at this hotel again and i would recommend.

The employees at the Royal Palace Hotel is probably the greatest component of the stay. They really went above-and-beyond to create sure our stay and visit to Hanoi went totally smoothly. This included finding a babysitter for our 2 young kids whilst we went to a fancy dinner, buying cartoon DVDs for our kids, arranging a private Halong Bay tour with a great driver and English-speaking guide, giving us an umbrella to use when stepping out in pouring rain, etc, etc. They were just amazing and always had a smile on their face! The rooms are not only clean, but well-stocked with a DVD player and computer with free-internet access. Extremely convenient! They also provided a free fruit basket, daily water bottles and other features most places would not give at that cost point. The location is also excellent - as it&'s close to the lake, theater and other attractions. Walking distance to several outstanding restaurants, including &"A Nice Day&" down the street and &"Little Hanoi&" around the corner. The breakfast in the morning is also outstanding and made to order. I would recommend this spot to anyone going to Hanoi looking for a mid-range hotel. Extremely excellent value for the money !

Hanoi Royal Palace in Hanoi&'s old quarter was a excellent location to discover the city from. Our room was spacious with LCD TV, ensuite and so on and the no cost breakfast, although simple, was tasty and filling. We booked tours to Halong Bay and Sapa through the guesthouse and they were really very good and really reasonably priced. We left our baggage with them whilst on our over night trips and they were safely where we left them when we got back. I cant stress enough how friendly and helpful the employees were. They even let us use a room for a few hours after we had returned from our Sapa trip early in the morning and gave us an extra no cost breakfast at no extra cost. Overall Id defiantly recommend Royal Palace Hotel to anyone simply because the employees really went out of their way to help.

The staff were really obliging and amenable. We received an upgrade to the Royal Suite due to there having been a mistake resulting in a double booking. The 24-hour no cost tea and coffee in the entrance hall was of exceptional quality. The 24/7 receptionist Anha was exceptionally competent and agreeable.

The entrance was straightforward to access especially when you have baggage and travelling etc.
