Amazing encounter : It was our first time to Hanoi and Vietnam so we didn&'t know what to expect. But we had an awesome time with thanks to the employees at outstanding star classic Hotel. Every hotel employees was warm and friendly and helpful. They helped us with our itinerary and booking for our seven-day trip. They also helped us arrange a fantastic private tour to Halong Bay and sapa tour, indeed a beautiful natural wonder. The hotel is right inside center of the old quarter so it is handy to sightseeing, eating and shopping. The breakfast at the hotel is also worth mentioning. Everything was delicious and beautifully decorated. We had an awesome encounter in Hanoi. Thanks a lot to everyone at outstanding star classic Hotel.

I booked on recommendation of a friend who has stayed Marvelous Star Classic Hotel. I had an exceptional room with the view of st Joseph&'s Cathedral with separate bathroom, fridg, air condition, TV and a destop computer with wifi for free. Location is inside the middle of the old quarter, so I could walk almost everywhere I wanted to go in Hanoi. All staffs are extremely warm and friendly and helpful. They even help me to arrange trips, make restaurant recommendations, book train tickets, call cab and tell you how much to pay. Thats one of the really best sevice I had in Vietnam. I&'ll certainly stay in this hotel again on my next pay a visit to to Hanoi.

Great rooms, fantastic value, fantastic staff, fantastic package tour : My family, 2 adults, two 8 1/2 year olds and a 3 year old, stayed at Fantastic Star for 4 nights. There are not enough words to describe how fantastic the marvelous star Hotel is william, ruby, along with the rest of the staff can not do enough for you. They genuinely care about making your stay the greatest ever. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left they were so accommodating. They suggested restaurants which were always right on, they booked our city tour, Halong Bay trip, sapa trip booked our flights to Danang and Ho Chi Minh, arranged hotels in Hoi An, Hue and Ho Chi Minh city, along with drivers and hotel pick-up, then followed up with a phone call to us in Hue to make sure everything was OK. These are awesome individuals and extremely genuine. As for the hotel itself, it is in a fantastic location inside the Old Quarter. Everything is inside straightforward walking distance - shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms are beautifully decorated. We stayed in a deluxe room for the first 3 nights and then moved to a suite following our Halong Bay trip which was larger, both were great choices. No cost computer inside the room is also a nice plus that you don't get anywhere else. Do not hesitate to book your stay at the marvelous star Hotel. They will make it one of your most memorable stays ever. We hated to leave, it felt like we were leaving old friends behind.

The room was excellent. Personal computer and a great TV meant we spent a fair chunk far more time in the room than we should have. Fantastic location to, right in the mix of things. Also the Halong Bay tour from this hotel is properly recommended

Lovely hotel, super - friendly staff, superb tour, great location, best value for money ! The rooms are big, spacious, clean and superbly decorated. The air-condition is very good along with the bathroom is modern and clean. Unbelievable Value for this household run hotel. Dollar for Dollar, this is the most effective value we have found soon after 3 months of traveling through Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Rooms were large, bright, spotless and absolutely everything works, stunning And as very good as the pics (makes a change) room safe aircon, satalite TV, DVD (films frre to borrow) kettle, tea and coffee - in addition employees will room service drinks tea coffee juices free of charge. The location is perfect, right within the center of Hanois old quarter, and down a brief lane, which is often quieter than a regular street. Marvelous Star Hotel delivers everything they advertise, and in a manner you would expect from a high-end hotel. And then some. The employees are warm, friendly, speak really very good English and took very good care of us, services with smiles !. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Not a buffet style but the quality beats everything with many order ( vietnam food + western) : i really like banana pancake with honey, toast is great. We purchased our 2-day tour of Halong Bay, and our 4-day tour of Sapa, and our flight tickets to bangkok from william ( 1 great package tours ) is excellent, great value for money. . ! If you choose to stay at marvelous star you are guaranteed to leave with a fantastic memory and a warmth for the Vietnamese people and their hospitality ! Extremely suggest ! *****!

I stayed in this hotel for invitation of my close Friend wedding with Vietnamese lady. I was extremely impressed by the hotel staff who were unbelivable helpful. They are acknowledge about the culture & local conventional and made me extremely proud in my friend wedding. They also helped me to book fantastic Ha long Bay cruise during my space time -highlight location i would like to suggest to everyone. Thanks for your value suggestion.
