We checked in really late during the night time due to flight but still the employees waited for us and gave us some snacks + tea as compliment. The super warm and friendly and helpful employees were a plus point. Hotel Location, huge and spacious room. Enjoy the room design. Having a computer in the room is a plus point too.

Everything excellent ! We have just come back house from Thaison Palace Hotel ( VERY EXCELLENT ). In case you are planning on a lot of nights out inside the old quarter then this is the spot to stay! The room was a deluxe twin with an extra bed. The rooms were very clean as nicely as the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a flat screen TV inside the room too. moreover you can use wireless free. Overall it was very easy and nice, comfortable and clean everyday. The noises wasn't a problem at all - however you could suggest requesting a room on the 5th or 6th floor. The quality and cost was outstanding, importantly, the attitude of enthusiastic service, friendly. Everything perfect. The greatest choice to stay.

Top rated hotel in Hanoi. We found this hotel the very best right after staying at 3 different hotels in Hanoi for half a month. Rooms at Thaison Palace Hotel are the very best among and much nicer. Great breakfast and fantastic location too.

Location was wonderful - very near to Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms were very clean, along with the bathrooms were quite large by European standards. I was a bit nervous when they took me around the corner to a different building, but it turned out to be very nicely renovated, clean, and quiet. Very superb breakfast and free wifi. We extremely recommend this hotel!

Location was excellent - very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms were very clean, as nicely as the bath rooms were quite large by European standards. I was a bit nervous when they took me nearby to a different building, but it ended up being very nicely renovated, clean, and quiet. Very excellent breakfast and free wifi. We highly recommend this hotel!
