The staff is extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to assist you. Try to get one of the rooms facing the street and do not take the room on the top floor, it&'s extremely hot.

Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. In a best location, right inside the center of everything. The employees were really warm and friendly and helpful, they have to book trips to Halong Bay and Sapa with great trips and superb value for price. The rooms were such superb value as well. We will be back!

Great new hostel right in the heart of the Old Town. Employees were extremely nice and helpful, would definitely suggest you to stay here.

It is a very fresh and clean hostel. I also booked a trip to Ha Long Bay with them. Two nights for 60USD and it was very good. Unfortuantelly once they forgot to pick me up from the airport but because it was my second time in Ha Noi it wasn&'t so huge problem form me but I lost some time waiting for them. Generally I was happy and I will stay with them again when I go to Ha Noi. Oh, and breakfast was excellent :-)

I think they got it wrong when they named this hostel. It should be actually called a Hotel. The breakfast is amazing, really good coffee, the dorms are really good, the staff was really friendly, often trying to help us and they have a person that stays 24-hour on the door. The location was probably one of the finest features, in the middle of the Old Quarter, yet on a silent alley. With that in mind, this really isn&'t a hostel at all, so not that a lot of chances to meet a lot of people.

Great hostel. Superb location. Halong Bay tour was excellent arrange by hotel. You can keep your bag at the hotel when you go on tours and they let us shower and so on when we got back just before our train. Fantastic place to meet people and head to other places. Really clean bathroom and very good air con.

Located in a convienent spot, with cozy rooms, this is not what makes the hotel great. It is the staff. The employees go out of their way to make sure your stay is cozy and pleasent. They are a vast resource of information and very useful with any hotel and non-hotel item you might need. They are uniformly kind, helpful, and have great sense of humor. good gotel and manager Mr. David

The hostel is located directly in old hanoi city and places to see are not far away. The western breakfast is extremely excellent and included. The staff is excellent! I really liked them and they helped me with everything! Rooms are clean.
