Great hotel. No cost breakfast is a real money saver and employees are really helpful. The Halong Bay tour is excellent.

Central location on a relatively quiet street. Manager was very warm and friendly and welcoming, staff very helpful and breakfast very good. Clean room. Ideal place for discovering Central.

It is more than acceptable for me to stay in Victory Queen Hotel. Obviously when compare with the cost. It is quite OK. Location is nice.

Good location. Employees very useful in arranging trip to Halong bay and also sorting problems out that we experienced during our stay.

Very centrally located, nearby to shops, eating places and bars. The very helpful guy on reception helped organise a tour to Halong Bay for us which was great and very good value for money.
