This is a wonderful hostel. Centrally located, really friendly staff, fantastic for booking tours, clean and safe. My handbag was stolen by a passing motorcycylist whilst I was staying at Ngoc Thao. They took me to the police station, translated my police report and helped me in each and every other way they could. Large thanks to all of the employees who made an unfortunate situation much easier for me.

Lots of staff. Household members helping you if anything you need whilst staying i a cosy atmosfere. Close to everything. Breakfast ok. Would stay there again.

The hostel employees were so helpful and booked me a amazing sleeper bus to nha trang. as long as one is friendly, it was straightforward to meet other people and uncover travelers to do tours with, all of which were low cost and really efficiently run by the hostel. the 5 floor walk up was a hike, but i got used to it within a day and also the rooms were so clean that i really coudln&'t complain.

Lovely people running the hostel. Extremely helpful organising tours, day trips and even took me on a scooter to buy ear plugs because i was having trouble finding them in the markets. Good breakfast and comfortable, large beds in the dorm. Lockers in the dorm as well. Bathroom on the balcony on level 5 is quite fun!

This is one of the highest hostels I have ever stayed in! It&'s perfectly situated in a quiet alley in between two bustling streets. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities are top-notch. The location is safe, secure, trustworthy, and charming. I definitely suggest Ngoc Thao!

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I also felt welcomed (which is fantastic following a 16 hour flight) and was given helpful advice. I got a map on arrival which helped me uncover my bearings. The employees went out of their way to help me locate my bags which got lost at the airport. The free breakfast is fantastic too.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The no cost breakfast is outstanding and the employees was super friendly! We stayed in a private room and the linens were changed everyday with fresh towels. We returned to this hostel 3 times simply because we adore it so much and are on our way back now prior to our flight! Highly recommended*
